By applying to or participating in the Fight or Flight Creator Program, you agree to this policy in full. Participation is optional, approval is not guaranteed, and only content that satisfies every applicable requirement is eligible for payment.

1. Program Overview

The Fight or Flight Creator Program pays approved creators to publish original content promoting the Roblox game Fight or Flight.

Approved creators may receive:

  • Payment based on qualified organic views
  • A unique Discord invite for tracking referrals
  • Access to approved media, footage, announcements, or game information
  • Potential consideration for future campaigns, bonuses, or creator opportunities

Acceptance into the program does not guarantee payment, views, continued membership, game access, or future sponsorship opportunities.

2. Current Payment Rate

The standard program rate is:

  • $1.50 USD per 1,000 qualified views
  • $15 USD per 10,000 qualified views

Payout examples:

  • 10,000 qualified views: $15
  • 25,000 qualified views: $37.50
  • 50,000 qualified views: $75
  • 100,000 qualified views: $150

View totals are rounded down to the nearest complete 1,000 views. For example, a video with 19,999 qualified views is treated as having 19,000 qualified views.

3. Minimum and Maximum Payouts

A video must receive at least 10,000 qualified views to earn a payout.

The 10,000-view requirement applies separately to each video. Views from multiple videos cannot be combined to make an individual video eligible unless Verse Development approves an exception in writing.

The standard maximum payable amount is based on 100,000 views per video. Views above 100,000 are not automatically payable unless a higher limit was approved in writing before the content was posted.

Verse Development may establish campaign-specific rates, budgets, maximums, or requirements. Any special rate must be confirmed in writing by an authorized Fight or Flight representative.

4. Monthly Payout Schedule

Creator payouts are issued at the end of every month.

To be included in the current month's payout:

  • The content must be submitted by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the 25th day of the month
  • The content must have been publicly posted for at least seven full days
  • All required analytics and payment information must be submitted
  • The content and traffic must pass verification

Content submitted after the monthly cutoff, or content that has not been public for seven full days, will automatically move into the next monthly review cycle.

Approved payments will normally be initiated through PayPal on the final calendar day of the month. PayPal processing, account limitations, weekends, holidays, currency conversion, or incorrect payment information may affect when the creator receives the funds.

A payment may be delayed when:

  • Analytics are incomplete or inaccessible
  • The creator has not provided the required information
  • The PayPal account cannot receive the payment
  • Traffic requires additional verification
  • The content is under investigation
  • The creator may have violated this policy

A delayed payment is not automatically a denied payment.

5. Payment Method

All payments are made:

  • In United States dollars
  • Through PayPal
  • To the PayPal address submitted by the creator

Fight or Flight does not currently offer payment through:

  • Robux
  • Roblox gift cards
  • Cryptocurrency
  • Cash App
  • Venmo
  • Bank transfer
  • Discord currency
  • In-game items or benefits

Creators are responsible for providing a correct PayPal address capable of receiving payment.

Any PayPal receiving fees, withdrawal fees, conversion fees, account limitations, or taxes are the creator's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

If a payment is sent to the PayPal address provided by the creator, Verse Development is not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the creator.

6. Age Requirements

Creators who are at least 18 years old may participate and receive payment through their own eligible PayPal account.

Creators under 18 must:

  • Receive permission from a parent or legal guardian
  • Have the parent or legal guardian accept this policy
  • Provide the parent or guardian's contact information when requested
  • Receive payment through a PayPal account legally owned and controlled by the parent or guardian

A minor may not falsely claim to be an adult or create an unauthorized PayPal account to participate.

Verse Development may request reasonable age or guardian verification before approving or issuing payment. Sensitive identification should only be requested when reasonably necessary and handled privately.

7. Creator Approval

Creators must be accepted into the program before their content becomes eligible.

Unless an exception is approved in writing, videos posted before the creator's acceptance date are not eligible for retroactive payment.

Acceptance may depend on:

  • Content quality
  • Account history
  • Audience authenticity
  • Platform activity
  • Brand suitability
  • Previous conduct
  • Availability within the program budget

Verse Development may accept, reject, suspend, or remove creators at its reasonable discretion.

8. Eligible Platforms

Content may be accepted from:

  • TikTok
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Instagram Reels
  • Other platforms approved in writing

Each platform and account must be disclosed during submission.

Private accounts, private videos, unlisted videos, deleted posts, temporary stories, Discord uploads, or content that cannot be independently reviewed are not eligible unless specifically approved.

9. Qualified Organic Views

A qualified view must come from a legitimate person who naturally discovered or watched the content through normal platform distribution.

Qualified views must be:

  • Generated without paid advertising
  • Generated without purchased traffic
  • Generated without automated systems
  • Visible within the platform's official analytics
  • Connected to an eligible public post
  • Received while the content complies with this policy

A high public view count does not automatically make every view payable. Verse Development may exclude views reasonably determined to be invalid, manipulated, incentivized, duplicated, artificially generated, or unrelated to the intended audience.

10. Prohibited Traffic and Manipulation

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Buying views, likes, comments, shares, followers, saves, or watch time
  • Using bots, scripts, automated accounts, click farms, or traffic exchanges
  • Paying another person to repeatedly watch or interact with content
  • Using TikTok Promote, Spark Ads, Meta ads, YouTube ads, or any other paid boosting
  • Participating in engagement groups or engagement-exchange servers
  • Using follow-for-follow, view-for-view, like-for-like, or similar schemes
  • Using alternate accounts to inflate performance
  • Embedding content on auto-refreshing websites
  • Repeatedly refreshing or looping content to manipulate analytics
  • Using misleading redirects or forced traffic
  • Offering Robux, money, prizes, giveaways, or rewards in exchange for views or engagement without written approval
  • Purchasing an established account primarily to access its audience
  • Reposting the same video across multiple accounts to create duplicate claims
  • Submitting another creator's content
  • Altering screenshots or analytics
  • Hiding traffic sources or refusing reasonable verification

Traffic generated by friends, followers, or community members is not automatically invalid. It becomes invalid when it is coordinated, purchased, automated, exchanged, misleadingly incentivized, or intentionally manipulated.

11. Analytics and Verification

Creators must submit:

  • Their creator name
  • Their Discord username
  • Their platform username
  • A direct link to the content
  • The date and time the content was posted
  • Screenshots of the official analytics
  • Their unique creator or campaign identifier
  • Their PayPal information
  • Any additional information reasonably requested for verification

Verse Development may request:

  • A screen recording showing the creator opening the platform analytics
  • Audience location information
  • Traffic-source information
  • Average watch time
  • Completion rate
  • Retention information
  • Like, comment, share, save, and follower data
  • Confirmation that the account belongs to the applicant
  • Confirmation that no promotion or advertising was purchased

Screenshots must be complete, current, and unedited except for hiding unrelated private information.

Refusing reasonable verification may result in the content being rejected.

12. View-Count Locking

A video's payable view count is determined during its assigned monthly verification.

Once a view count is reviewed and approved for payment, that count is considered final for that payout cycle.

Views received after verification are not automatically added to a later payment. A video will only receive an additional view-based payout when Verse Development has approved ongoing counting in writing.

Creators cannot repeatedly resubmit the same video for payment based on later growth unless specifically authorized.

13. Original Content Requirements

Eligible content must:

  • Be created by the submitting creator
  • Clearly feature or discuss Fight or Flight
  • Provide meaningful promotional or entertainment value
  • Be appropriate for the creator's audience
  • Follow the rules of the platform on which it is posted
  • Follow Roblox Community Standards
  • Use only footage, music, images, and assets the creator has permission to use
  • Accurately represent the game and its current features

Low-effort content, unrelated content, stolen content, near-identical reposts, or content that only includes the Fight or Flight name in a caption may be rejected.

Verse Development may reject content that technically reaches the required view count but does not reasonably promote Fight or Flight.

14. Required Sponsorship Disclosure

Creators must clearly disclose that they may receive payment for the content.

For TikTok, creators must enable the platform's applicable commercial-content or paid-partnership disclosure setting.

The disclosure must be noticeable and understandable. Acceptable examples include:

  • “Paid partnership with Fight or Flight”
  • “Sponsored by Fight or Flight”
  • “I may be paid based on this video's performance”
  • “#ad” or “#sponsored” when clearly visible

The disclosure must not be hidden among unrelated hashtags, placed where viewers are unlikely to see it, or intentionally made difficult to understand.

Failure to disclose the paid relationship may result in rejection, removal from the program, or cancellation of unpaid earnings connected to the content.

15. Content Restrictions

Creator content may not:

  • Contain hate speech, discrimination, or targeted harassment
  • Include sexual, excessively graphic, or illegal content
  • Promote scams, exploits, cheating, or account theft
  • Encourage violations of Roblox or platform rules
  • Make knowingly false claims about Fight or Flight
  • Present unreleased concepts as confirmed features
  • Leak confidential or unreleased information
  • Impersonate a Fight or Flight developer, moderator, employee, or official account
  • Claim to speak for Verse Development without permission
  • Falsely claim that viewers will receive Robux, access, items, ranks, or rewards
  • Attack competing games, developers, or creators
  • Use copyrighted media without permission
  • Damage the Fight or Flight brand through intentionally deceptive or malicious conduct

Criticism and honest opinions are not prohibited. However, creators may not make knowingly false or misleading statements while presenting the content as an official paid promotion.

16. Confidential and Early-Access Material

Creators may occasionally receive private footage, test access, announcements, builds, images, or development information.

Unless explicitly marked as public, such material must be treated as confidential.

Creators may not:

  • Share private links or files
  • Give unauthorized users access to test servers
  • Publish unreleased footage before the approved time
  • Reveal developer messages or private discussions
  • Datamine or distribute unreleased assets
  • Sell, trade, or transfer creator access

A confidentiality violation may result in immediate removal, loss of unpaid earnings related to the violation, revocation of access, and possible additional action.

17. Unique Discord Invites

Approved creators may receive a unique Discord invite used to measure community referrals.

Creators may share their invite through approved creator content and profile links.

Creators may not:

  • Use alternate accounts to join through their own invite
  • Purchase Discord joins
  • Use join bots
  • Force or mislead people into joining
  • Post the invite in unrelated servers without permission
  • Offer unauthorized rewards for joining
  • Claim that joining guarantees game access, Robux, staff roles, or exclusive benefits
  • Exchange invites with other creators to inflate totals

Discord joins are tracked separately from view-based payments. Invite performance does not currently guarantee additional payment unless a referral bonus is approved in writing.

Invalid, botted, duplicate, immediately departing, or suspicious accounts may be removed from referral totals.

18. Content Availability

Paid content must remain publicly available for at least 30 days after payment is issued, unless Verse Development approves its removal.

During that period, the creator may not:

  • Delete the content
  • Make the content private
  • Remove Fight or Flight from the content
  • Remove the sponsorship disclosure
  • Replace the content with unrelated material
  • Edit the caption in a way that violates this policy

When content is removed early without approval, Verse Development may cancel unpaid earnings or deduct the affected payment from future creator earnings.

Content removed by the platform will be reviewed individually. Creators must notify Verse Development promptly if a paid post is removed, restricted, muted, or made unavailable.

19. Rights to Creator Content

Creators continue to own their original content.

By submitting approved content to the program, the creator grants Verse Development and Fight or Flight a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Repost the content on official accounts
  • Display it in community announcements
  • Include it in creator showcases
  • Crop or resize it for different platforms
  • Add captions, subtitles, logos, or formatting
  • Use clips or screenshots in organic promotional material
  • Archive it as part of the program's records

Verse Development may not use the creator's account to run paid advertisements or materially change the creator's endorsement without separate permission.

The creator confirms that they have the rights necessary to grant this license.

20. Fraud Investigations

Verse Development may temporarily hold a payment while investigating suspected manipulation, stolen content, policy violations, or inaccurate information.

Factors that may trigger additional review include:

  • Sudden abnormal view spikes
  • Traffic from unusual or unrelated sources
  • Extremely low engagement or retention compared with the reported views
  • Repeated identical comments
  • Large numbers of suspicious accounts
  • Analytics that do not match the public post
  • Multiple creators claiming the same content
  • Evidence of paid promotion
  • Refusal to provide analytics
  • Reports from platforms, creators, or community members

A review does not automatically mean that fraud occurred.

When intentional manipulation is reasonably confirmed, Verse Development may:

  • Reject the affected content
  • Cancel affected unpaid earnings
  • Recover overpayments through deductions from future creator earnings
  • Remove the creator from the program
  • Ban the creator from future campaigns
  • Report platform violations when appropriate

Creators will not be paid for fraudulent or artificially generated activity.

21. Duplicate and Reposted Content

A creator may not claim multiple payments for substantially identical content without written approval.

This includes:

  • Uploading the same video to multiple accounts
  • Slightly cropping or mirroring an existing video
  • Changing only the caption, music, speed, or color
  • Dividing one video into near-identical uploads
  • Reposting an old video as new content
  • Submitting a compilation primarily made from previously paid clips

Cross-platform posting may be eligible when each platform and version was approved. Approval on one platform does not automatically guarantee payment on another platform.

22. Removal From the Program

A creator may be suspended or removed for:

  • Fraud or attempted fraud
  • Repeated low-quality submissions
  • Harassment or serious misconduct
  • Leaking private information
  • Violating platform rules
  • Impersonating staff
  • Misrepresenting analytics
  • Damaging the program's reputation through deceptive conduct
  • Failing to disclose sponsorships
  • Violating any material part of this policy

Removal does not automatically cancel legitimate earnings that were already approved before the violation. However, earnings connected to fraud, deception, confidentiality violations, or other serious misconduct may be denied.

23. Program Changes and Cancellation

Verse Development may change:

  • Payment rates
  • Minimum view requirements
  • Maximum payable views
  • Accepted platforms
  • Submission deadlines
  • Verification procedures
  • Program benefits
  • Eligibility requirements

Changes apply to future content after the updated policy is announced.

A payment rate may not be retroactively reduced for content that was specifically approved under a written campaign rate, provided the creator followed all applicable rules.

Verse Development may pause or discontinue the program at any time. Properly approved earnings generated before the effective cancellation date will still be reviewed under the policy that applied when the content was approved.

24. Taxes and Required Information

Creators are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their earnings.

Verse Development may request:

  • A legal name
  • Mailing address
  • Tax documentation
  • Guardian information
  • Payment records
  • Other information required for lawful accounting or reporting

Failure to provide legally required information may delay or prevent payment.

Verse Development may issue tax documents or report payments when required by law.

25. Independent Creator Relationship

Participation does not create:

  • An employment relationship
  • A partnership
  • A joint venture
  • An agency relationship
  • A franchise
  • A guaranteed contract
  • An exclusive relationship

Creators are independent participants and are responsible for their own equipment, accounts, content, schedules, taxes, and expenses.

Creators do not have authority to enter agreements, make promises, or speak on behalf of Verse Development or Fight or Flight.

26. Disputes

Questions or disputes regarding a rejection, verified view count, or payout must be submitted within seven days of the creator receiving the decision.

The dispute must include:

  • The affected video
  • The disputed amount or view count
  • The reason the creator believes the decision was incorrect
  • Supporting analytics or evidence

Disputes submitted after seven days may be considered closed.

Verse Development will review reasonable disputes in good faith using available platform analytics, submission records, payment records, and program rules.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verse Development is not responsible for:

  • Lost views or reduced platform reach
  • Account suspensions or bans
  • Deleted or muted content
  • Platform algorithm changes
  • PayPal delays or limitations
  • Currency-conversion losses
  • Creator equipment or production expenses
  • Lost profits or expected future earnings
  • Unauthorized use of a creator's account by another person
  • Failure to qualify for payment

A creator's maximum claim connected to an approved video will not exceed the unpaid amount properly earned for that video, except where a different limitation is required by law.

28. Acceptance

A creator is not officially enrolled until:

  • Their application is approved
  • They receive written confirmation from Fight or Flight
  • They accept this policy
  • Any required parent or guardian accepts this policy
  • They provide the required creator and payment information

Submitting content after acceptance confirms continued agreement with the most recently provided version of this policy.

Creators who do not agree with a policy update may leave the program and stop submitting new content.
