Terms of Use

Verse Studios is the brand you see on this site. It is operated by Verse Development, which is the entity behind these terms, the two programs, and any agreement you enter into with us. Our Roblox experiences are published under the Hiland group.

Applying does not guarantee acceptance. We review applications individually and have limited places, so we cannot accept everyone who applies. We may decline an application without giving a reason.

Give accurate information. Applications with details we can tell are false will be rejected, and we may remove someone from a program if we find out later.

Testing access is a privilege, not an entitlement. Sessions, builds, and access itself may be limited, paused, changed, or withdrawn at any time — including if a tester is inactive or disruptive.

Private testing material stays private. Do not leak, share, record, stream, or redistribute unreleased builds, assets, or information unless we have given you permission. This is the one thing that will end a tester’s access immediately.

The Creator Program has its own full terms: the Creator Program Policy covers the payment rate, which platforms and views qualify, the payout schedule, disclosure requirements, and everything else. Where that policy and this page differ on a creator matter, the policy applies.

Acceptance into the Creator Program does not guarantee payment or access to paid campaigns. It gives you a route to early information, official assets, and creator opportunities as they come up.

Paid campaigns are handled separately, with their own eligibility requirements, rates, deliverables, and approval terms agreed in advance. Nothing on this website is an offer of payment.

Content you make about our games stays yours. Make it clear when something is a paid partnership, and follow the rules of the platform you publish on.

Do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its application forms.

The content on this site, along with the Verse Studios name and branding, belongs to us. Do not copy it, or present yourself as part of Verse Studios, without our permission. Members of our programs may use official assets we provide, in the way we describe when we provide them.

Verse Studios is an independent studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Playing our experiences is also subject to Roblox’s own terms.

This website and our programs are provided as they are. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, that a testing session will run when planned, that a game will release on any particular date, or that taking part will lead to payment, exposure, or any other outcome.

To the extent the law allows, Verse Development is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or your participation in a program. Nothing here limits anything that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

You must be at least 13 to apply to either program, because both are run through Discord, which sets the same minimum age. If you are under 18, some opportunities need a parent or guardian’s permission first.

We may update these terms as the studio and its programs grow. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or take part in a program after an update means the updated terms apply.
